3. Our Products
We do our very best to show our candles exactly as they are — through detailed descriptions, photos, and accurate pricing. Please note that colors, jars, or labels may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations are normal — that’s what makes each one unique.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but we will always honor the price you see at checkout once your order is placed.
We accept secure payments through Shopify’s trusted payment providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and pack it with love. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or events outside our control.

We want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Everything you see here — our photos, product names, scent descriptions, and logo — are part of the WellScentd experience and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don’t use them without permission.
8. Liability & Safety
Our candles are made with safe, high-quality ingredients, but we’re not responsible for damages caused by misuse (such as leaving a candle unattended or not following proper candle care).
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our products or website.
