🕯️ What are your candles made of?

All of our candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend for a clean, even burn. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a safe and long-lasting scent experience.

🕯️ Are your candles safe for pets?

Yes — our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and are safe for homes with pets when burned responsibly. Always keep candles out of reach of pets and never leave them unattended while burning.

🕯️ How long do your candles burn?

Our standard 8oz candles burn approximately 40+ hours, while larger jars may last even longer with proper care.

🔥 How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, and allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling and maximize fragrance throw.

🔥 Why is my candle smoking or sooting?

This usually happens when the wick is too long. Simply trim the wick to ¼ inch and relight. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated space away from drafts.

🔥 Can I reuse my candle jar?

Absolutely! Once your candle is finished, clean out the jar with warm soapy water and repurpose it as a small planter, makeup brush holder, or desk organizer.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days after shipping.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $60 (adjust to your threshold).

📦 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

💬 What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or offer an exchange/refund (unused candles only).

💬 My candle arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please email us at help@wellscentd.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll replace the item at no cost.

🎁 Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes! You can select “This is a gift” at checkout to add a personal message. We’ll leave out the pricing information and package it beautifully.
